When we focus on the supply of educational services, we must consider the conditions under which a service provider (i.e., government, non-profit, for-profit, family-based, etc.) designs, produces, and delivers high quality and equitable services for students, their families, educators, and communities.
The conditions conducive to high quality and equitable supply include, but are not limited to:
- The mission and culture of the service provider;
- The systems and resources that support the provider;
- The provider’s educator practices and pathways; and
- The provider’s student pathways and outcomes.
